Hubbard's Brandy takes great pride in all the different varieties of brandy that are made from Corey Lake Orchard's. Hubbard's Brandy production begins in the orchards and vineyards, where the most premium apples, cantaloupe, cherries, grapes, peaches, pears and strawberries are hand-picked, gathered, blended, pressed and the juices are fermented in barrels. The juices are then distilled in a Christian Carl Still as it blends the fruit to produce the finest Hubbard's Brandy. Everyone of our brandies are produced, distilled and bottled in bond at Corey Lake Orchards.

Each bottle comes with a unique label representing a part of history of the Hubbard family and Corey Lake Orchards.

One label features a one-room schoolhouse located on the Hubbard property. The schoolhouse was used around the turn of the century; since then it has been a widely photographed structure, and used for the marriage ceremony of one of the Hubbard's daughters. Area residents, now passed on, had shared childhood memories of the schoolhouse, including sledding down the hill toward Kaiser Lake on wintry days.

The second label is an old photograph of Dayton Hubbard's father-Sheldon Hubbard. It is an authentic picture of hay gathering with an oxcart in the early 1900's.

We are allowed to sell our Hubbards Brandy at the Corey Lake Orchard's Roadside Market and/or at the Hubbard's Brandy House.
