you drive along the winding roads of Fabius Township, located in
the heart of Michigan's fruit-rich region, east of the shores of
Lake Michigan and just north of the Indiana border, you will gaze
upon some of the finest orchards and vineyards in Southwestern Lower
Michigan. This is Corey Lake Orchards, offering the best in homegrown
fruits and vegetables.
The Hubbards, Dayton and Allene, at Corey Lake Orchard takes great
pride in growing premium fruit and vegetables, and enjoy sharing
this tradition with your family. The freshest fruits and vegetables
are available at their peak taste. Enjoy the best of what Michigan
has to offer spring, summer and fall.
The Roadside Market opens in spring with hydroponic tomatoes,
cucumbers, and greenhouse-grown flowers. Strawberries are right
around the corner, followed by sweet and tart cherries. The latter
part of June also brings flavorful green beans, field-fresh cucumbers
and peppers. By mid-July the finest of Michigan’s fruit belt
is available at Corey Lake Orchards – hours-old sweet corn,
cantaloupe, blueberries, peaches, summer apples, field-ripened tomatoes,
and new potatoes.
Depending upon the weather, those goodies are followed by apples,
grapes, pears, squash and other fall ornamentals. Quality counts
at Corey Lake Orchards. We make every effort to ensure that our
products are the best available. Our friendly staff will be glad
to assist you and answer any questions you or your family might
have about harvest, preparation, use and varieties.
Depending upon Mother Nature’s cooperation, we’ll
have u-pick big, delicious strawberries, sweet and tart cherries,
beans, and apples which you can experience picking directly from
the tree or vine.
Corey Lake Orchards takes the greatest pride in ensuring the inherent
scenery of a farm. From our manicured orchards in full glorious
bloom to arrow-straight vineyard rows to robust tomatoes, you’ll
enjoy the beauty of nature’s bounty.
